Responsibilities
- Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and/or individual (30%).
- Bases nursing interventions on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, documenting planned interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs (30%).
- Evaluates and documents patient responses to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals; collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to revise the plan of care based on evaluative data (20%).
- Participates actively in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance (10%).
- Focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency in performing job duties as part of a High Reliability Organization (HRO) (10%).
Requirements
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association.
- RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing.
- Critical Care experience strongly desired.
- RN - Registered Nurse.
- BLS - Basic Life Support.
- CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.
- Field of Study: Nursing.
- Years of Experience in Open Heart Recovery: 1 year.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications include BLS and RN credentials from the Ohio Board of Nursing.
