About the Role
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care in Surgical Unit 2 for post-operative patients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and coordinate discharges
- Educate patients and families about postoperative care
- Participate in ongoing clinical development and professional growth
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment
