Staff Psychologist- PCMHI
Responsibilities
with- items for each duty bullet.
Requirements: Qualifications section includes basic requirements, grade determinations, KSAs, etc. Could be combined under Requirements heading.
Benefits: Pay, Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, Child Care Subsidy, Retirement, Insurance, Telework, etc. Also EDRP info.
Schedule: Work Schedule.
We must only include sections that have real specific content. Avoid placeholders like "Competitive salary" is vague but still content? It says "Competitive salary and regular salary increases". That's not specific numbers, but it's still content. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. "Competitive salary" is vague but still stated. It's not placeholder like "commensurate with experience". It's okay.
We need to preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present.
We need to include EDRP info: summary about eligibility, award amount up to $200,000, eligibility period one to five years, contact email, etc.
We need to include Pay: "Competitive salary and regular salary increases". Also "Above Minimum Rate of the Grade" maybe.
Paid Time Off: 37-50 days of annual paid time offer per year (13-26 days of annual leave - 13 days of sick leave - 11 paid Federal holidays per year). Selected applicants may qualify for credit toward annual leave accrual - based on prior [work experience] or military service experience.
Parental Leave: After 12 months of employment - up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave...
Child Care Subsidy: After 60 days of employment - full time employees with a total family income below $144,000 may be eligible for a childcare subsidy up to 25% of total eligible childcare costs for eligible children up to the monthly maximum of $416.66
Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA
Insurance: Federal health/vision/dental/term life/long-term care (many federal insurance programs can be carried into retirement)
Telework: Available In accordance with VA Policy and at supervisors discretion
Virtual: This is not a virtual position
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm
Also mention "Typical shift will match the primary care clinic's hours (e.g. - 0730-1600 or 0800-1630) - though occasional evening and Saturday hours (0800 to noon) may be required". That's schedule details.
We need to include "Recruitment/Relocation Incentives (Sign-on Bonus): Not Authorized Permanent Change of Station (Relocation Assistance): Not Authorized EDRP Authorized: Former EDRP participants ineligible to apply for incentive". That's maybe under Benefits? Could be a short paragraph.
We need to include "Contact VISN10HREDRPSLRP@va.gov - the EDRP Coordinator for questions/assistanceLearn more". That's contact.
We need to include "Functional Statement #: 92957-A - 92958-A - 92959-A". Might be metadata; we can drop as minor metadata.
We need to include "Grade Determinations: Experience: ..." etc. That's part of Qualifications.
We need to include "Physical Requirements: ..." maybe under Responsibilities? Could be its own section? Not required heading but we could include under Responsibilities as a bullet.
We need to ensure we don't repeat job title.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's structure:
About the role
maybe not needed because we have summary about EDRP eligibility. Could be a short paragraph. But we must only include sections when posting has real specific content. The summary about EDRP is specific. Could be underAbout the role
with paragraph. Alternatively we could combine EDRP info into Benefits section. But we need to follow instruction: usefor section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings. We need to decide which sections to include. We have content for: - About the role: EDRP eligibility summary. - Responsibilities: duties list. - Requirements: basic qualifications, grade determinations, KSAs, physical requirements. - Benefits: EDRP details, Pay, Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, Child Care Subsidy, Retirement, Insurance, Telework, Virtual, Recruitment/Relocation incentives. - Schedule: Work schedule details. We might also have Skills: maybe KSAs could be under Skills but we already have Requirements. We'll include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Schedule. We must not include empty sections. Now craft HTML. We need to use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits.
For prose, use
. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. We'll need to break down duties into bullet points. Let's extract duties from "Duties" paragraph: - The incumbent PCMHI psychologist provides brief functional assessments using assigned templates - brief intervention - education - and consultative services regarding a wide range of mental health and behavioral medicine concerns - upon referral from primary care providers and allied PACT members - The incumbent PCMHI psychologist provides brief - time limited mental health and behavioral interventions face-to-face - via telephone and via telehealth - The incumbent PCMHI psychologists see patients for an average of 2 to 4 sessions for a broad range of concerns including - but not limited to - mild to moderate depression and anxiety - grief/bereavement - pain - tobacco cessation - alcohol misuse - weight management - coping with chronic illness - stress management - sleep - relaxation training - nonadherence to treatment and other interventions will be provided as clinically appropriate - based on patient need - The practice of the incumbent PCMHI psychologist will be in line with PCMHI national and VISN expectations - The incumbent PCMHI psychologist uses population-based practice management strategies to include conducting brief assessments - based on 30-minute appointments - referring to Psychiatry care services as appropriate - and using brief screening tools to track progress and inform care routinely (e.g. - PHQ-9 - PCL - AUDIT C - etc.) - The incumbent PCMHI psychologist provides education to PACT members on behavioral health issues as well as consultation on tips for successful care management - even when there is no direct patient contact - Typical shift will match the primary care clinic's hours (e.g. - 0730-1600 or 0800-1630) - though occasional evening and Saturday hours (0800 to noon) may be required - When properly credentialed and licensed - the incumbent will operate independently in all areas - consulting with peers and supervisors when warranted - The incumbent psychologist will serve as a consultant to other medical center staff and trainees and assist in their formulation of the psychological characteristics and appropriate treatment expectations regarding her/his patients - The incumbent PCMHI psychologist will perform others duties as requested or assigned We could combine some. Now Requirements: Basic Requirements (Citizenship, English Language Proficiency, Education, Licensure, Internship, Grandfathering Provision). Also Grade Determinations (Experience for GS-11, GS-12, GS-13) and KSAs for each level. Also Physical Requirements. We need to preserve all detail; but we can group into bullet lists. We must not repeat job title. We'll produce sections:
