About the role
Provides outpatient mental health services for Humboldt County residents, including eligible Medi-Cal patients. Responsible for addressing patients' mental health needs through treatment, follow-up care coordination, and resource referrals.
Responsibilities
- Flexible 8 or 10 hours of coverage Monday – Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Can be Hybrid schedule (3 weeks tele/1 week in person)
- No call, nights, or weekends
- Case load of 250
- Average of 1-5 intakes per week
- 90 minutes for an initial evaluation and 45 minutes for a follow-up visit
- EMR - Streamline
- Clinic hosts NP trainees, requires comfort as a preceptor
