We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: description (About the role) at start, then "Responsibilities" heading, then list of duties. Then "Qualifications" heading with bullet list. No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections. There's mention of "COVID-19 considerations", "Physical Requirements & Working Conditions", "Limitations and Disclaimer". Those are not requested sections; we should drop boilerplate. Also "Administrative duties" etc are part of responsibilities. So we will have sections: About the role (the introductory paragraph before Responsibilities). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (list). Possibly Skills? Not separate. Could combine Qualifications and Skills? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We have Qualifications. There's no separate Requirements section distinct from Qualifications; but we could treat Qualifications as Requirements? Probably better to have Qualifications section. No Skills section separate. No Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So output:
. Some lines are headings like "Intake medical duties", "Maintenance medical duties", "Medical Records", "Miscellaneous medical duties", "Administrative duties - approximately 15% per week". Those could be list items as well, but they are section headings within responsibilities. The instruction: use
About the role
... paragraph ...
ThenResponsibilities
- ... each duty ...
Qualifications
- ... each qualification ...
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can treat each bullet as list item, including those headings as items. That's fine.
Now Qualifications: after "Qualifications" heading, list:
"Physician, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active state license in good standing
Willing and able to become licensed in multiple other states where Groups operates or will operate soon (with support and reimbursement from Groups)
Willingness and ability to become credentialed with all government and private health plans with whom Groups Recover Together is in network.

At least 1 year of experience managing OUD with buprenorphine, preferably within the Groups Recovery System.
At least 1 year experience working in a team-based-care setting with behavioral health providers (therapists, social workers, case managers, etc)
At least 2 years experience working with a similar member population, preferably within primary care of behavioral health setting.
Adequate internet connectivity to support telemedicine (if working from home)
Access to reliable internet and telephone services, specifically 10M download and 5M upload package or higher, as well as a strong WiFi signal from your remote work location.
Ability to demonstrate recovery-sensitive behaviors, including choice of language, attitudes and interactions with members and staff.
Ability to maintain courteous and professional in all communications (verbal and written) with staff and members (Illinois only)
COVID-19 considerations : In accordance with Groups’ duty to provide and maintain a workplace that is free of known hazards, we have adopted a vaccination policy to safeguard the health of our employees and their families; our members and visitors; and the community at large from COVID-19. Employees, defined as those who physically enter an office, provide member-facing, in-person treatment or who represent Groups in our community and to our payors, are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19, unless a reasonable accommodation is approved. This role falls under such policy and qualified applicants are required to provide proof of compliance as a condition of employment.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Reasonable accommodation can be made to enable people with disabilities; these are made on a case-by-case basis. While performing the responsibilities of the role, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use his or her hands and fingers. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
Limitations and Disclaimer: The above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position."
We need to decide what to include as qualifications. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. However we should remove boilerplate like COVID-19 considerations, Physical Requirements & Working Conditions, Limitations and Disclaimer? Those are not part of Qualifications but they appear after qualifications. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. COVID-19 considerations might be considered legal/health policy; but it's substantive about vaccination requirement. Might be considered a requirement? It's not exactly a qualification but a condition. The instruction says remove boilerplate; but COVID-19 considerations might be considered boilerplate? It's a policy. Might be considered legal. Safer to drop it. Similarly Physical Requirements & Working Conditions and Limitations and Disclaimer are boilerplate. So we should exclude those from Qualifications section. Keep only the qualification bullet points before that.
Thus Qualifications list items:
- Physician, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active state license in good standing
- Willing and able to become licensed in multiple other states where Groups operates or will operate soon (with support and reimbursement from Groups)
- Willingness and ability to become credentialed with all government and private health plans with whom Groups Recover Together is in network.
- Ability to see member in-person at several state locations
- At least 1 year of experience managing OUD with buprenorphine, preferably within the Groups Recovery System.
- At least 1 year experience working in a team-based-care setting with behavioral health providers (therapists, social workers, case managers, etc)
- At least 2 years experience working with a similar member population, preferably within primary care of behavioral health setting.
- Adequate internet connectivity to support telemedicine (if working from home)

- Ability to demonstrate recovery-sensitive behaviors, including choice of language, attitudes and interactions with members and staff.

Now we need to output HTML fragment only. No extra text.
Let's craft:
