About the Opportunity

The Staff Program Manager role leads complex, cross-functional initiatives within the centralized Business Operations function. The position is responsible for setting direction, navigating ambiguity, and developing operational models that improve execution. This role impacts the organization's ability to deliver multi-team projects efficiently and define how work is executed across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex, multi-team initiatives, including setting direction and sequencing work.
• Develop and refine operational approaches and playbooks when existing methods do not apply.
• Think strategically across connected systems and teams beyond individual initiatives.
• Resolve ambiguous and complex situations using experience and judgment.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships to foster collaboration and drive collective outcomes.
• Communicate clearly and coach others through challenging stakeholder interactions.
• Lead the adoption of AI and automation to redesign workflows and eliminate low-value work.
• Guide the development of tools and methods to enhance the broader program management function.
• Partner with leadership to ensure initiative progress is visible in company-wide reporting and planning.

Requirements

• Proven program management experience leading complex, multi-team initiatives to completion across different organizations.
• Strong judgment in ambiguous situations, able to make decisions with incomplete information.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to focus on overarching business priorities.
• A mindset focused on building and improving systems, including developing guidelines and tools.
• Clear and direct communication skills with the ability to model and coach effective communication.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to create scalable and repeatable processes.
• Preferably experience in high-growth technology or SaaS environments.

Pay

• Base pay range: $140,000–$170,000 USD.
• Total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
• Compensation packages are based on experience, expertise, and location.
