You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a manufacturing environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Set the long-term vision and strategy for Program Intelligence and reporting
- Direct the design and delivery of dashboards and AI-driven solutions for program health
- Establish data governance and common definitions for improved decision-making
- Translate high-impact business needs into scalable analytics and products
- Synthesize complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership
- Champion adoption of Program Intelligence capabilities and assess their impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data products, with leadership in complex initiatives
- Advanced skills in SQL, Python, and cloud analytics platforms like Databricks or AWS
- Experience delivering scalable reporting products and AI-driven solutions with tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Ability to connect metrics to business strategy and executive insights
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills, capable of influencing senior audiences
- Proven collaborative skills to align diverse stakeholders without direct authority
Pay
$134,700 – $245,000 annually
