Staff Product Manager, SaaS Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager, SaaS Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will own product strategy and roadmap execution for a modernized SaaS management platform that serves enterprise customers. The position is focused on identifying high-value problems, shaping the sequence of capabilities, and driving outcomes through close partnership with Engineering, Design, and Analytics. It will also help align cross-functional teams on priorities, manage launch planning, and incorporate customer feedback into ongoing iteration. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $155,000 – $225,000 annually Responsibilities Own the product strategy and roadmap for the platform modernization initiative Lead discovery to identify high-impact enterprise problems Determine sequencing of key capabilities for customer value delivery Partner with Engineering and Design for requirement clarification and architecture evaluation Define success metrics and collaborate with analytics to measure outcomes Align Product and Engineering teams on priorities and risks Coordinate product launches and customer feedback for continuous iteration Qualifications 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS products Technical fluency with APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise-scale architecture Experience leading multi-quarter initiatives across cross-functional teams Strong skills in product discovery, prioritization, and success measurement Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences Preferred experience in SaaS and IT asset management Preferred knowledge of third-party SaaS ecosystems and responsible AI development Benefits Health and wellbeing programs including competitive health benefits Maternity and parental leave top-up programs Generous paid time off policy RSU program for employees Retirement matching program Paid volunteer days and peer recognition programs Remote-first work environment Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
