Staff Product Manager, Residential CRM
About the role
ServiceTitan is the leading platform for residential home service—scheduling, dispatch, job booking, quoting, and marketing. AI has transformed the sales motion: voice agents, AI-powered SMS outreach, AI-powered nurture sequences, and in-home opportunity capture are generating more leads, follow-up opportunities, and unconverted estimates than ever before. The tools to support this complexity must evolve. This role owns building a first-class residential CRM layer that sits natively inside ServiceTitan, integrated with scheduling, dispatch, pricebook, service agreements, and marketing, and designed for an AI-first world. AI will handle follow-up motions, surface opportunities at the right time, and reduce manual coordination, allowing CSRs and sales teams to focus on revenue.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for Residential CRM, from core data model and workflow architecture through AI-powered GTM features.
- Lead customer discovery with residential contractors, CSRs, and office managers—ServiceTitan PMs engage with customers regularly, and this role is no exception.
- Guide pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with product marketing and finance, including monetizing an AI-enabled product.
- Partner with marketing on positioning, go-to-market, and launch strategy, serving as the subject matter expert they need.
- Build the customer enablement and onboarding model, define successful time-to-value, and collaborate with customer success to achieve it.
- Partner with sales and customer success on the commercial motion, refining the pitch, understanding the buyer, addressing objections, and removing barriers to conversion and retention.
Requirements
- 7+ years in product management with a track record of shipping products from zero to scale.
- Deep experience with CRM, marketing automation, or customer lifecycle products—you understand how these systems work under the hood.
- A genuine point of view on what AI-first product design means in practice, not just AI as a feature layer.
- Background in vertical SaaS or serving mid-market/enterprise customers in high-volume transactional environments.
- Comfort working closely with customers and leadership—ServiceTitan has an active founder culture where product decisions receive scrutiny and visibility.
Benefits
- Flextime, recognition, and support for autonomous work: Flexible time off, comprehensive onboarding, leadership training, and career development opportunities. Work is rewarded through Bonusly, peer-nominated awards, and more.
- Holistic health and wellness benefits: Company-paid medical, dental, and vision (with 100% employer-paid options and 90% coverage for dependents), FSA/HSA, 401k match, and telehealth options including One Medical memberships.
- Support for Titans at all stages of life: Parental leave, up to $20k in fertility services (IUI/IVF), surrogacy and adoption reimbursement, on-demand maternity support via Maven Maternity, free breast milk shipping via Maven Milk, pet insurance, legal advisory services, and financial planning tools.
