About the role

The Staff Product Manager will lead the development and execution of machine learning products within our R&D team. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of machine learning technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps for machine learning initiatives
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to define and prioritize product features
  • Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and strategy
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of machine learning products

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex product development projects
  • Experience with machine learning technologies and methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools
  • Knowledge of software development processes and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Skills

  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries
  • Understanding of data privacy and security principles
