In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our ITDR vision, transforming the identity fabric of the enterprise into a proactive defense layer. By unifying identity governance, granular behavioral analytics, and automated threat response, you will define the future of identity security—ensuring that every human, non-human and AI identity is protected against evolving threats, thereby hardening the security posture of the world's most critical enterprises.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for ITDR, prioritizing advanced detection algorithms, response automation, and threat landscape analysis.
  • Architect ITDR pillars, including real-time detection engineering, behavioral analytics, and integration with SIEM/SOAR ecosystems.
  • Develop advanced detection logic for identity-centric attacks (e.g., privilege escalation, lateral movement, credential abuse) leveraging AI-native capabilities.
  • Build deep empathy with security practitioners to solve critical challenges in detection engineering and incident response.
  • Maintain strict accountability for product quality, user experience, and timely delivery while ensuring consistent process adherence.
  • Build relationships with strategic design partners to influence roadmap and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure GTM readiness and market penetration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 12-15 years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record in Cybersecurity, specifically in ITDR, SIEM, or XDR domains.
  • Strong understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework, industry-leading compliance frameworks, identity-based threat vectors, and SOC operations.
  • Deep expertise in agile development, product management frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to drive data-backed decisions, combined with a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the flexibility to work across multiple global time zones with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep domain expertise in IAM, IGA, PAM, or ISPM.
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Entra).

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
