Staff Product Manager, Growth & E-commerce Experimentation

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager, Growth & E-commerce Experimentation to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will own a high-impact experimentation roadmap focused on improving digital growth and e-commerce performance. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and E-commerce stakeholders to identify friction, test hypotheses, and translate customer behavior into better conversion outcomes without sacrificing trust. The position is well suited for a product leader who brings strong analytical rigor, excellent product judgment, and a passion for using experimentation to improve the customer experience.
