Responsibilities
Define and execute the vision and strategy of Webflow’s access control, identity, and governance capabilities, ensuring they scale to our largest and most strategic customers.
Be the voice of our largest customers, working alongside go-to-market teams to shape our enterprise motion and translating field insight into product direction.
Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to execute on your vision and deliver impact.
Partner with other product and engineering teams to evangelize access control principles across the company.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Qualifications
- Have a proven track record of executing at a high velocity to deliver exceptional enterprise customer experiences
- Bring fluency in enterprise security and governance - identity, role-based access control, audit capabilities, and compliance frameworks, and understand how IT and security teams evaluate and adopt these capabilities
- Understand website and AI technologies and the tools marketing teams use to build and optimize their sites
- Be a systems thinker and able to zoom out to understand how a feature fits into the broader Webflow product and strategy
- Thrive in the ambiguity that comes with a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.

United States: Zone A: $212,500-255,000
Zone B: $200,000-240,000
Zone C: $186,700-224,000
Canada: 232,000-278,000
