About the Opportunity:The STAFF PRODUCT MANAGER, CREDIT & PRICING is responsible for shaping consumer credit experiences across shopping, repayment, and marketing. This role sets the strategic direction for credit products, ensuring they are intuitive and trustworthy to drive activation, conversion, and repeat engagement. The position impacts how consumers discover and use credit, collaborating across teams to deliver measurable business and consumer outcomes. Responsibilities:Define a clear product vision and priorities for consumer credit experiences.Develop user-friendly credit discovery and financing option features.Create personalized credit journeys based on research and experimentation.Partner with platform teams to align credit capabilities with consumer needs.Lead cross-functional decision-making balancing consumer, growth, and risk factors.Establish success metrics and use data to optimize credit product performance. Requirements:Over 7 years of product management experience with consumer-facing products.Proven ability to lead strategy and align multiple teams and stakeholders.Strong judgment in creating intuitive experiences from complex systems.Technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.Analytical skills to leverage customer data and experimentation.Comfort operating with ambiguity and making informed decisions.Domain knowledge in credit, lending, personalization, or AI is a plus. Pay Range and Compensation Package:USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $230,000 - $290,000USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $204,000 - $264,000Compensation may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and technology, and benefits including fully subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage.
