Staff Product Manager, Connections

About the role

This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the Connections strategy and roadmap
• Design social experiences that reflect the company's unique, safe, and user-friendly environment
• Collaborate with other product teams to ensure cohesive connection features
• Foster alignment among leaders and cross-functional partners on strategy and execution for Connections
• Mentor and provide product leadership to the Connections PM team, promoting a culture of accountability
• Ensure safety and trust in connection experiences by collaborating with relevant teams and enforcing the company's values
• Utilize data science insights to assess and guide the effectiveness of connection features

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on user engagement and growth
• Proven track record of leading high-impact product initiatives that enhance user engagement
• Experience in setting roadmaps and building high-performing teams in complex environments
• Familiarity with AI tools to inform and enhance product strategy and communications
• Strong technical and analytical skills, comfortable navigating data and insights to inform decisions
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to advocate for product direction and strategy
• Empathetic user-centric approach, particularly in sensitive relationship and community spaces
