About the role

Shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. Influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the multi-year vision and roadmap for communication data and associated product areas
  • Establish success metrics and objectives for communication data accuracy, reporting, and AI quality
  • Conduct user research with Contact Center leaders to identify their needs and translate them into a prioritized product roadmap
  • Lead high-impact initiatives to enhance communication data usage within the organization
  • Own the product strategy for various databases and APIs related to communication data
  • Drive the quality and accuracy of communication data across all channels
  • Create and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and management tools to support business decision-making

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management or leadership experience in complex platforms, particularly in data, analytics, AI, and communications
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute a long-term product vision delivering measurable outcomes across technical teams
  • Strong technical understanding of data modeling, APIs, analytics pipelines, and data quality
  • Hands-on experience building data-intensive products such as dashboards, operational reports, and AI solutions
  • Ability to influence and align senior leaders and cross-functional teams around strategic initiatives
  • Experience creating high-fidelity product prototypes using design tools like Figma or Claude Design

Pay

$179,900 – $269,900 annually
