Staff Product Manager, CI/CD & Developer Productivity

About the role

This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Shape simple and seamless build and deploy experiences for various customer needs
• Own the build and deploy system's roadmap, speed, and success metrics
• Define foundational primitives like reusable build artifacts and application deployment
• Drive performance improvements in build and deploy systems with various optimizations
• Ensure fast failure diagnosis with actionable insights and metrics
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and discern patterns across user needs
• Collaborate with engineering on prioritizing foundational changes against customer demands

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in developer tools or infrastructure
• Deep knowledge in CI/CD, build systems, containers, and deployment strategies
• Ability to drive alignment across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
• Strong focus on creating reusable capabilities from customer requests
• Comfortable with ambiguity and limited data for decision making
• Excellent communication skills for diverse technical audiences
• Obsessed with developer experience, speed, and reliability in product delivery

Pay

$135,000 – $160,000 annually
