When we say, “the stuff dreams are made of,” we’re not just referring to the world of wizards, dragons and superheroes, or even to the wonders of Planet Earth. Behind WBD’s vast portfolio of iconic content and beloved brands, are the storytellers bringing our characters to life, the creators bringing them to your living rooms and the dreamers creating what’s next. From brilliant creatives, to technology trailblazers, across the globe, WBD offers career defining opportunities, thoughtfully curated benefits, and the tools to explore and grow into your best selves. Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.

About the role

We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the future of experimentation across WBD’s streaming ecosystem. In this role, you will define the long-term strategy for experimentation, own the roadmap for our experimentation platform, and partner with leaders across product, engineering, and data science to unlock high-quality decision-making at scale.

You will enable hundreds of PMs and engineers across teams to experiment with minimal friction, interpret results with confidence, and optimize product experiences that reach tens of millions of viewers. As a Staff PM, you will shape company-wide mechanisms, raise the bar for experimentation quality, mentor PMs across the org, and serve as the go-to expert when tests yield ambiguous or conflicting outcomes.

This is a rare opportunity to define foundational capabilities for one of the largest streaming platforms in the world.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a multi-year strategy for experimentation, optimization, and insights across WBD’s streaming portfolio.
  • Own the roadmap for the experimentation platform, prioritizing foundational features such as experiment setup workflows, guardrail metrics, automated analytics, and multivariate testing.
  • Drive platform enhancements that reduce friction, increase experiment reliability, and scale with the complexity of our products.
  • Expand experimentation coverage across new product surfaces, customer journeys, international markets, and emerging experience areas.
  • Establish and evolve company-wide standards for A/B testing methodology, analysis, and communication.
  • Define mechanisms (e.g., review forums, playbooks, quality gates) that ensure experimentation rigor across the organization.
  • Provide thought leadership and hands-on guidance when experiments yield ambiguous, contradictory, or hard-to-interpret results.
  • Partner with teams to design high-quality tests and ensure strong measurement practices.
  • Support teams facing challenges in experiment execution, evaluation, or integration with platform services.
  • Define how experimentation integrates with broader product, data, and platform roadmaps.
  • Build tooling that empowers teams to run, interpret, and act on experiments independently.
  • Partner with data science to improve automated analysis pipelines, metric consistency, and test validity.
  • Influence senior leaders and partner teams across engineering, product, analytics, design, and marketing on how to use experimentation to prioritize initiatives and investment opportunities.
  • Drive alignment on experimentation strategy, frameworks, and KPI definitions.
  • Mentor PMs and engineers, raising the maturity of experimentation and product thinking across WBD.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with significant ownership of experimentation, optimization, or data-driven decision-making platforms.
  • Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistical analysis, metric design, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience collaborating closely with analytics and data science teams to build or evolve automated analysis capabilities.
  • Strong technical fluency — able to engage with engineering on assignment systems, data pipelines, algorithmic trade-offs, or platform architecture.
  • Proven experience driving cross-functional programs, building org-wide mechanisms, and influencing at executive levels.
  • Systems thinker who connects algorithmic performance, customer behavior, and business outcomes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Benefits

  • Health insurance coverage
  • Employee wellness program
  • Life and disability insurance
  • Retirement savings plan
  • Paid holidays, sick time, and vacation
  • Annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards

Pay

Base pay range: $147,000.00 - $273,000.00 salary per year.
