Staff Product Manager
About Siro
Field sales powers the economy — but most teams are struggling. Reps are buried in admin work, managers are stretched thin, and leaders can’t see what’s really happening in the field. Siro is redefining how field sales teams learn, perform, and win. We started as an AI‑powered coaching platform that helped reps improve their outcomes in the field. Today, we’re an intelligent companion that automates tedious admin work, gives managers real‑time visibility, and helps executives see around corners. Our platform integrates with systems like Salesforce, analyzing thousands of in‑person sales conversations to surface insights, automate workflows, and drive better outcomes across the organization. Think Iron Man’s Jarvis for sales — proactive, personalized, and built directly into the tools teams already use. Siro has raised $75 M and is backed by world‑class investors like Index, Fika, CRV, and SignalFire. We are trusted by leading home‑improvement, retail, hospitality, and automotive brands, and powered by a lean team from Meta, McKinsey, DoorDash, and Uber.
Key Responsibilities
- Own meaningful pieces of Siro end‑to‑end across AI, data ingestion, proactive agents, integrations, and the experiences customers touch every day.
- Drive strategy and product concepts through discovery, launch, adoption, and iteration, being accountable for the value delivered, not just for shipping.
- Design for users who don’t sit at a desk—reps in trucks, driveways, and showrooms—ensuring the product earns its place without adding work.
- Act as a forward‑deployed PM: ride on planes, sit with managers onsite, listen to calls, and turn cross‑industry insights into a coherent product.
- Make Siro the connective layer for customers by integrating CRMs, DMSs, phone systems, calendars, warehouses, and other systems so every conversation is tied to the right context.
- Move Siro from insight to action, applying intelligence to drive behavior change and automate the sales motion (pre‑conversation prep, next‑move surfacing, follow‑up handling).
- Raise the AI quality bar—improve accuracy, citations, speaker attribution, latency, trust, and handle edge cases.
- Own and ship end‑to‑end solutions, turning ambiguous ideas into products customers rely on.
Requirements / Who You Are
- 9+ years of product management experience, including ownership of meaningful product areas at a growth‑stage company.
- Ability to create momentum on ambiguous problems: define what matters, engage the right customers, pull data, make trade‑offs, align the team, and ship valuable outcomes.
- Strong product judgment in messy domains with imperfect inputs, and skill at rallying the right people to make good decisions.
- Bias toward action—willing to fix UX friction or customer complaints directly, even writing code when needed.
- Obsessed with customers and details; you’d spend a day in the field rather than only in a planning doc.
- Technical fluency to discuss trade‑offs with engineering (model quality, latency vs. cost, data freshness, etc.).
- Visionary product sense—strong taste, systems thinking, and the ability to connect today’s bugs or requests to long‑term product direction.
Why Join Siro as a Senior PM?
- Lead critical roadmap initiatives on a small, senior team at a high‑growth Series B startup with real product‑market fit.
- Own projects that directly impact revenue, customer outcomes, and business strategy.
- Build AI that is used in real‑world sales workflows, not just in a browser or back‑office dashboard.
- Work with conversation data from high‑stakes, in‑person sales moments that customers can’t get anywhere else.
- Tackle a genuinely hard problem that blends spoken conversations, fragmented business systems, field sales execution, analytics, automation, and AI agents.
