  • Connect your work to the broader product portfolio and build shared platform capabilities.
  • Drive your cross-functional squad towards outcomes, setting the agenda and maintaining productive tension with engineering and design partners.
  • Significantly spend time with customers, including external and internal buyers and admin users, to shape product development.
  • Prototype working demos with AI tools before engineering spends a sprint, running hypothesis-driven experiments, and redirecting efforts without drama.
  • Define and track success metrics for your product surface, ensuring the work delivers measurable business value and proactively mitigating risks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management or related roles, with demonstrated ownership of product outcomes.
  • Experience building platform, configuration tooling, or admin-facing products in B2B enterprise environments.
  • Direct customer exposure in enterprise contexts, with a history of turning customer conversations into product hypotheses.
  • Domain expertise in organizational transformation, human transformation, talent intelligence, or related fields is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Relentless agency and humility to know what you don't know while relentlessly figuring it out.
  • Strong executive communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate product vision and learnings to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Systems thinking and technical curiosity, partnering deeply with engineering on data model and architecture decisions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration, aligning R&D and go-to-market partners toward shared goals and holding the team accountable to outcomes.
  • AI-native fluency, building working prototypes and functional demos using AI tools before engineering spends a sprint.

Skills & Competencies

  • Agility and adaptability to evolving technology and organizational needs.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and defend product visions with evidence.
  • Effective stakeholder management and the ability to influence decision-making across various departments.
  • Proven ability to prototype and test ideas quickly to validate assumptions.
  • Experience in organizational transformation, human transformation, talent intelligence, or related fields.
  • Background in solution design, whether from consulting, customer-facing product roles, or implementation work.

Benefits

  • Access to BetterUp coaching for you and a friend or family member.
  • A competitive compensation plan with opportunity for advancement.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Flexible paid time off.
  • Volunteer days to give back.
  • Learning and Development stipend.
  • Summer and Winter breaks.
  • Charitable contribution on behalf of BetterUp.
  • 401(k) self-contribution.
