Staff Product Manager
About The Opportunity
Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building critical infrastructure that powers high-volume, real-time business operations across multiple systems and platforms. We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to own a strategically important product area and drive cross-functional initiatives across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Define product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps
- Own complex product areas with multiple stakeholders
- Lead customer discovery and market analysis
- Translate business and customer needs into product strategy
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design leadership
- Establish product metrics and operating frameworks
- Lead major launches and cross-functional initiatives
- Mentor product managers and raise product management standards
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Strong track record of owning complex products
- Excellent strategic and analytical skills
- Strong technical fluency
- Experience influencing without direct authority
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
