Staff Product Manager

Job Description A rapidly growing technology company is hiring a Staff Product Manager to help drive the strategy, development, and execution of customer-facing and operational software products. This role is ideal for a senior product leader who enjoys working in startup environments and wants to own products from concept through launch. You'll partner closely with leadership, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define product direction, create roadmaps, establish success metrics, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of navigating ambiguity, prioritizing competing initiatives, and making data-driven decisions that improve customer experiences and business performance.
