Staff Product Manager
About the role
The Media Product team at HUMAN is passionate about protecting the internet and the people who use it. As the central unit for driving product strategy and execution, we work closely with business, engineering, and research teams to coordinate our media product initiatives. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead multiple projects. In this role, you will collaborate with other Product team members while owning the end-to-end execution of your product efforts. Our projects focus on critical areas such as click fraud prevention, media integrity and quality tools, and privacy solutions. You'll work on developing solutions to detect and stop fraudulent activities in digital advertising, enhancing the quality and authenticity of media, and building privacy tools that ensure compliance and protect user data.
Responsibilities
- Work on media verification features – viewability, attention, brand safety, etc. – and our new Ad Integrity Suite for advertisers and agencies
- Help to maintain product roadmap that outlines the key features and capabilities of our products, and ensures that they are delivered on time and within budget
- Work closely with Engineering to ensure that our products are built to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
- Plan and execute product launches, including developing launch plans, messaging, and sales enablement materials
- Work with the marketing team to create marketing campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption
- Define and track product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and ensure that our products are meeting customer needs
Requirements
5-7 years of experience
Qualifications
- Self-driven, motivated to help, and able to perform with minimal supervision in a team environment
- Preferably have strong understanding of ad tech
- Able to write clear requirements documentation, drive prioritization, and coordinate execution with engineering
- Communicate effectively with the ability to adjust to the audience as necessary
- Able to quantify collected information and translate into it into opportunities
- Able to apply analytical skills to solve problems creatively
- Organized and capable of meeting all deadlines
