Responsibilities
- Contribute to the AI Voice strategy and roadmap, defining product vision and timelines
- Identify and address gaps in AI performance before they escalate to customer issues
- Maintain close relationships with hotel clients to translate operational challenges into product enhancements
- Collaborate with Engineering and AI/ML teams to ensure platform scalability and reliability
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators connected to AI functionality
- Align engineering, sales, and customer success teams around unified goals for AI products
Qualifications
- 7+ years in product management, specifically in enterprise SaaS and AI/Conversational AI
- Deep technical knowledge in conversational AI technologies such as LLMs and NLP
- Proven experience aligning cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Ability to link AI metrics to business performance outcomes
- History of engaging with enterprise clients to inform product development
