Staff Product Manager, AI Voice

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the AI Voice strategy and roadmap, defining product vision and timelines
• Identify and address gaps in AI performance before they escalate to customer issues
• Maintain close relationships with hotel clients to translate operational challenges into product enhancements
• Collaborate with Engineering and AI/ML teams to ensure platform scalability and reliability
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators connected to AI functionality
• Align engineering, sales, and customer success teams around unified goals for AI products

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, specifically in enterprise SaaS and AI/Conversational AI
• Deep technical knowledge in conversational AI technologies such as LLMs and NLP
• Proven experience aligning cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Ability to link AI metrics to business performance outcomes
• History of engaging with enterprise clients to inform product development

$250,000 – $300,000 annually
