Staff Product Manager, AI Foundations

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the core AI capabilities at the company
• Analyze agent usage data to implement impactful product enhancements
• Enhance product quality through the creation of golden datasets and automated evaluators
• Develop scalable capabilities for the company’s AI agents, focusing on key trade-offs
• Establish quality standards for product evaluations and facilitate team adoption
• Collaborate with EPD and AI pillar teams to create shared product capabilities
• Influence product culture as the company scales up

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, specifically in platform or technical products
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents, focusing on evaluation and observability
• Strong user empathy to translate customer problems into actionable solutions
• Experience running foundational products with established adoption goals
• Ability to engage in technical discussions and earn credibility with senior engineers
• Familiarity with coding agents and curiosity about AI tooling advancements
• Systems thinking to understand the interplay of infrastructure choices across teams
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing AI landscape, navigating ambiguity effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, influencing various stakeholders

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
