Staff Product Manager, AI Developer Platform

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager, AI Developer Platform to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. In this role, you will shape the strategy and execution for a developer-facing AI platform that supports engineering teams across a large, distributed organization. You will focus on building the tools, guardrails, and automation needed to help teams ship reliably while improving observability, governance, and platform adoption. This position will partner closely with engineering and internal stakeholders to reduce friction, accelerate delivery, and enable scalable AI development practices. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $250,000 annually Responsibilities Build automated pipelines for UAT and production across the platform. Ensure observability and governance are defaults for all teams. Identify and mitigate bottlenecks for teams building on the platform. Provide teams with tracing, evaluations, and cost attribution after deployment. Write specifications, prototypes, and direct development efforts. Qualifications 8+ years in product management or technical product leadership on platform, infrastructure, or developer-tooling products. Hands-on experience with LLM and agent building. Proven record of creating platforms that developers choose to use. Strong knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and internal engineering tooling. Experience in a large, distributed, global company.
