Overview
At project44, we are redefining how global supply chains operate with our Decision Intelligence Platform, Movement. This role focuses on driving the evolution of AI workflows, from supporting users to automating complete operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Own the customer problem before the solution, ensuring workflows start from clearly defined customer needs and impacts.
- Run continuous customer research, including interviews, ride-alongs, design-partner pilots, and customer advisory board (CAB) validation sessions.
- Push the frontier of AI capabilities in production, including autonomous voice and email outreach, document parsing and reconciliation, and multi-agent workflows.
- Define and implement workflows that are authorable and executable in natural language through Mo, project44’s AI Supply Chain Analyst.
- Design for trust, configuring controls, transparent logic, audit trails, intervention points, and throttles per use case.
- Partner with engineering, applied AI, and design on workflow architecture and tooling to scale workflow production.
- Measure and report outcomes, including validation/completion rates, outcome classification confidence, and adoption metrics.
- Hold the gating bar for data availability, provider readiness, legal/compliance review, and human-QA thresholds before write-back or autonomous action is unlocked.
- Produce high-quality, executive-ready deliverables, such as investment memos, roadmap reviews, launch readouts, and enablement materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, including hands-on ownership of a technical, data-rich, or AI/ML product through the full lifecycle.
- Demonstrated customer obsession: grounding product decisions in direct research and representing the customer credibly to engineering and executives.
- Fluency with AI/agent systems, including LLM-powered agents, orchestration, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop design.
Qualifications
- Experience with no-code configurators and workflow management tools.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and report outcomes.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to represent product vision to executives.
