Staff Product Manager, Agent Connectivity

About the role

This role will shape the strategy and roadmap for a platform capability that helps agent builders connect services, systems, and workflows more effectively. You will turn customer and community insights into product direction, working closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to bring new capabilities to market. The position calls for strong technical product judgment, especially around distributed systems and service communication, in a fast-moving environment focused on innovation and growth.

Responsibilities

• Understand the challenges faced by agent builders and identify product opportunities
• Define and own the strategy and roadmap for agent connectivity
• Translate customer and community feedback into actionable product insights
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to enhance user experience
• Craft compelling messaging for upcoming features
• Enable sales and marketing teams to effectively communicate product value
• Drive completion of key initiatives and ensure cross-functional alignment

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Strong technical depth in platform, infrastructure, or developer tools
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Ability to reason about distributed systems and service communication
• Proven track record of driving product strategy and execution

Pay

$135,000 – $160,000 annually
