Job Title: Staff Product Manager, Ads Trust and Safety
About the role
This position offers the opportunity to define the future of advertising safety and integrity within a large-scale digital platform. You will lead product strategy for systems that protect users, advertisers, and the broader ecosystem from fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ads Trust and Safety, including ad review systems, fraud prevention, advertiser trust, and platform integrity initiatives.
- Build scalable solutions that balance advertiser experience, user protection, operational efficiency, business objectives, and evolving regulatory requirements.
- Partner closely with engineering, policy, legal, operations, sales, product marketing, and other product teams to align stakeholders and deliver long-term solutions.
- Translate advertiser challenges, safety risks, and operational inefficiencies into clear product requirements, measurable goals, and impactful outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, decision quality, enforcement consistency, and operational workflows through technology and data-driven solutions.
- Lead complex product initiatives from strategy through execution, managing priorities and trade-offs in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
- Develop systems that incorporate automation, machine learning, human review processes, and feedback loops to strengthen trust and safety capabilities.
- Use data, insights, and performance metrics to evaluate product effectiveness and continuously improve platform integrity.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience with a demonstrated ability to own and scale complex, cross-functional product areas.
- Strong experience building products related to digital advertising, advertiser workflows, ad policy, trust and safety, fraud prevention, abuse detection, risk systems, compliance, or platform integrity.
- Advanced systems-thinking skills with the ability to understand connections between user experience, technical architecture, operational processes, data systems, and policy frameworks.
- Experience developing products that combine automation, human decision-making, machine learning, or AI-assisted workflows.
- Proven ability to take ambiguous product challenges from initial concept through strategy, execution, and measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using metrics and data to guide product decisions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams without direct authority and simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Strategic product leadership skills with strong judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
