Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of advanced RF/microwave IC products from concept to launch
- Drive innovation in product development processes and testing methodologies
- Provide technical leadership on major projects
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Influence product strategy and roadmaps
- Conduct analysis and testing to ensure product performance and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product design meets customer needs and requirements
- Create technical documentations such as test plans, product datasheets, user guides
- Develop and maintain project work breakdown structures, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD preferred in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of RF engineering principles and concepts, materials, and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CAD software (PCB layout tools, Cadence Allegro) and other relevant engineering tools
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Able to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

- Proven track record of technical leadership
- Hands-on experience of using instruments in the lab
- Coursework or exposure in Digital Signal Processing, Wireless Communication, Digital Communication, RF Systems, RF Circuits
- Excellent analytical skills: critical thinking, enhanced data analysis
- Familiarity with the use of programming/scripting tools such as C programming, Python, LabVIEW
- Good initiative and motivation in a challenging environment
- Strong team worker within multi-discipline and multi-cultural environments
- Self-motivated and fast learner with strong technical, analytical and communication skills
