Staff Product Engineer, Enterprise AI
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Engineer, Enterprise AI to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will drive the development of enterprise-focused AI product capabilities from concept through launch, turning product vision and user needs into thoughtful technical execution. The ideal candidate will partner closely with product and cross-functional teams to build complete features across the stack and deliver solutions that improve the user and customer experience. You will also evaluate post-launch usage and feedback to help shape iteration and future product direction.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Own implementation of product features from concept through launch
- Translate product vision and user needs into technical plans
- Build and integrate complete product features across the stack
- Collaborate with teams to clarify requirements and deliver outcomes
- Review post-launch product usage and gather feedback
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership impact
- Strong full-stack engineering skills across interfaces, APIs, and infrastructure
- Experience owning complex product features from planning to iteration
- Familiarity with AI product development and LLMs, RAG, or AI models
- Experience with open-source enterprise or developer tools

$155,000 – $185,000 annually
