Staff Product Designer - future opportunities

Responsibilities

• Own product development from problem discovery to design and coding, shipping features to users
• Create interactive prototypes in code to quickly test ideas and gather customer feedback
• Collaborate with engineers to drive design-led development within a flexible project environment
• Ensure quality and speed by delivering polished, production-ready user experiences within tight deadlines
• Enhance UI architecture by evolving design systems and component libraries for consistency across platforms
• Act as a mentor to improve team capabilities by integrating AI tools into design workflows
• Empower other designers by teaching them to implement designs directly into code

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of product design experience with coding skills in technologies like React, Typescript, Node, or Vue.js
• Demonstrated ability to ship products that integrate both design and front-end code
• Portfolio showcasing live products rather than static mockups
• Strong understanding of front-end development principles and constraints
• Proven problem-solver who can drive projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills to explain design and technical choices across teams
• Genuine interest in Bitcoin and financial technology
