Staff Product Designer

About the role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive design for AI and agentic initiatives in consumer experience
• Design proactive and helpful conversational and agentic UI patterns
• Define design language for future AI-driven interactions focused on user trust
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless and innovative experiences
• Embrace agile methodologies to iterate and adapt design based on data

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience with a focus on complex consumer financial products
• Proven track record of designing AI-driven, agentic, or conversational user interfaces
• Proficiency in prototyping multi-modal user flows for testing AI interactions
• Strong understanding of Human-Centered AI principles for trust and transparency
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and valuing diverse perspectives
