- Design scalable frameworks, patterns, and information architecture for complex, data-dense workflows so advanced traders can move with clarity in high-stakes moments.
- Raise the craft and quality bar across the Advanced Trading product surface, bringing UI and interaction quality to what best-in-class industry products deliver in 2026 and beyond.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and cross-functional peers to define problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and ship thoughtful, high-impact work.
- Coach and uplevel junior designers, contribute strong opinions across the design org, and extend your impact beyond a single project or feature area.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing digital products, including meaningful time in complex, data-dense, workflow-heavy, or tools-oriented environments.
- Track record of operating autonomously with limited oversight in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, with demonstrated end-to-end product design range from concept through launch.
- Proven ability to lead through influence, shape direction, and coach less experienced designers without formal management responsibility.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows, with a portfolio showing visual design, interaction design, and systems thinking at a high level of craft.
- Effective cross-functional communication with Product and Engineering partners, with a track record of navigating tradeoffs and aligning stakeholders on complex, collaborative work.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
