About the role
Community Healthcare Network is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving the underserved communities of Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan and Queens, touching the lives of 85,000 people annually through care at Health Centers and various programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based Primary Care to patients
- Serve as an integral member of the collaborative care team
- Provide care for all ages in Family Medicine
- Perform prenatal and Women's Health procedures (ideal)
Requirements
- Valid N.Y.S. License to deliver medical care
- At least one (1) year of post-graduate/residency experience delivering care in a Primary Care setting
Qualifications
- Family Medicine trained
- Strong interest in Women's Health procedures (ideal)
