Staff Physician

About the role

The District reserves the right to extend, modify, or eliminate this position based upon available funds. The effective dates of employment will be arranged with the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provides medical care including patient assessment, emergency medical and mental health triage, diagnoses illness and injuries, develops treatment plans, prescribes and administers medical treatments.

Professional Experts are eligible to purchase medical insurance through Kaiser.

Benefits

Retired CalPERS Annuitants: may not exceed 960 hours in a fiscal year (July 1 through June 30).
