Job Responsibilities
- Lead prescription dispensing and patient consultation activities in a charitable pharmacy (3 days/week)
- Verify medication donations for the purpose of distribution to Ohio’s free clinics and charitable pharmacies (2 days/week)
- Collaborate with leadership to design and test processes for the receipt of medication donations from long-term care pharmacies, nursing homes, and individuals, including sorting, inventorying, and cataloguing donations
- Participate in quality improvement and data collection initiatives to further advance the goals of the CHN Medication Access Program
Qualifications
- Licensed Ohio pharmacist
- Strong organizational skills
