About the role
As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart Pharmacy, you will provide clinical expertise and work at the top of your license while engaging directly with patients to advocate for their health and well-being. This role is designed for professionals who enjoy patient interaction and community-focused care.
Responsibilities
- Process and accurately dispense prescription orders.
- Provide counseling to customers on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
- Administer immunizations and participate in Walmart-developed health programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Model and guide pharmacy staff on effective customer service approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
- Pharmacy license by the job entry date.
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $47.12 – $82.69. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
