Staff Pharmacist - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a Staff Pharmacist responsible for delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including processing prescriptions, counseling patients, and administering immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and adherence
• Administer immunizations as permitted by law and organizational policy
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy policies, state and federal regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
• Guide and mentor pharmacy staff on best practices and workflow optimization

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (PharmD preferred) from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Valid pharmacy license in good standing
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program

• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and medication therapy management
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
