About the role
As a Staff Pharmacist, you have a critical role at the forefront of delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for our patients. In addition to supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, you are accountable for supporting the management, oversight and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy.

Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
Skills
Leadership skills, customer service orientation, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities are essential. Proficiency in using pharmacy software and systems is also required.
Benefits
The typical pay range for this role is $60.00 - $76.00 per hour or $124,800 - $155,200 per year. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future. Pay
The pay range for this role is $60.00 - $76.00 per hour or $124,800 - $155,200 per year.
