- Requirements: Could be Required Qualifications (Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located, Active National Provider Identifier (NPI), Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list). Also maybe "Essential Functions" could be considered Skills? But we have separate Skills heading maybe. However we have a lot of essential functions list (attendance, attention, customer service, communication, mathematical reasoning, issue resolution, physical demands). Those are more like skills/abilities. Could put under Skills heading. But we also have Preferred Qualifications (1-2 years related work experience, ability to work in other locations across the market). That could go under Qualifications? Actually we have both Required and Preferred qualifications. The heading "Qualifications" could encompass both required and preferred? But we have separate headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which to use.
We have content for:
- Requirements: maybe the Required Qualifications (license, NPI, not on DEA list). Could also include Essential Functions? But Essential Functions are more like skills/abilities; but we have Skills heading for those.
- Qualifications: maybe Preferred Qualifications (1-2 years experience, ability to work in other locations). Or we could combine Required and Preferred under Qualifications? But we have both headings; we need to avoid empty sections. Let's assign:
* Requirements: Required Qualifications (license, NPI, DEA)
* Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (1-2 years experience, ability to work in other locations)
* Skills: Essential Functions list (attendance, attention/focus, customer service, communication, mathematical reasoning, issue resolution, physical demands, etc.)
- Benefits: The benefits description: medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, other resources. Also mention "Our people fuel our future..." maybe part of benefits but could be omitted as it's more culture. Keep substantive benefits.
- Pay: Pay Range: $60.00 - $76.00 hourly, plus bonus etc. Also mention "This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above."
- Schedule: Anticipated Weekly Hours 40, Time Type Full time. Could also include schedule flexibility? But we have that in responsibilities. So schedule section: Anticipated Weekly Hours 40, Time Type Full time.
We must not include heading with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Now produce HTML fragment:
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. We have: - About the role: Could be the introductory paragraph about CVS Health mission and job purpose. That's suitable. - Responsibilities: The list of responsibilities under "The Staff Pharmacist’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:" and bullet points. - Requirements: Could be Required Qualifications (Active Pharmacist License, NPI, not on DEA excluded parties list) plus maybe Essential Functions? But essential functions are more like skills/abilities. Could put under Skills? The instructions: Use headings only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Responsibilities, Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Pay Range, Benefits, Anticipated Weekly Hours (Schedule?), Time Type (full time). Schedule could be anticipated weekly hours and time type. Pay section: pay range. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Remove lines about application window closing, qualified applicants with arrest, etc. Also remove "Our people fuel our future..." etc? That's maybe benefits description but still substantive? It's about benefits and culture; could be part of Benefits section. But we need to keep substantive info: benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement savings, wellness programs, etc. Also mention "Our people fuel our future..." maybe not needed but could be part of Benefits? It's more culture; but we can keep as part of Benefits description. We must not include "Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered..." that's EEO boilerplate; remove. Also remove "We anticipate the application window for this opening will close on: 11/15/2026" - application instruction; remove. Also remove "Additional details about available benefits are provided during the application process and on Benefits Moments." - maybe part of benefits but it's about application process; could keep? It's not substantive benefit detail; but we can keep as part of benefits description? Might be considered boilerplate; safer to drop. We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. Thus we need to extract: - About the role: The first paragraph(s) about CVS Health mission and job purpose and summary. Let's capture: "We’re building a world of health around every individual — shaping a more connected, convenient and compassionate health experience. That's a lot; we can keep as
. - Responsibilities: list of bullet points after "The Staff Pharmacist’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:" We'll convert each line to
