About the role
As a Staff Pharmacist, you play a crucial role in delivering our mission of simplifying health care. You support the Pharmacy Manager in managing and operating your pharmacy effectively, ensuring patient safety, professional practice, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy
- Leading and developing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff
- Implementing solutions to drive growth and improve performance in your pharmacy
- Adapting to change and adjusting plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting
- Contributing to a team culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride
- Helping to keep customers and patients healthy through patient care programs
Requirements
- Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
Qualifications
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization

Benefits
The typical pay range for this role is $60.00 - $76.00 per hour or $124,800 - $169,600 per year. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
