About the role

Staff pharmacists actively coordinate daily, the provision of high quality comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients of the hospital in compliance with federal and state legal regulatory accreditations and professional standards.

Communicates with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff regarding patient documentation and intervention outcomes.

Requirements

• Licensed Pharmacist in Arkansas.
• Pharmacy preferred experience.
• BS in Pharmacy.
• Hospital Pharmacy practice and Clinical pharmacy practice experience in an Infectious Diseases setting.
• BCPS certification with ID qualifications preferred.
