Responsibilities
- Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders.
- Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
- Administer immunizations and other programs developed by Walmart.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Model and guide pharmacy staff on proper customer service approaches.
Requirements
- Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementing best practices.
- Excellent ability to foster relationships with customers and partners.
- Adaptability to cater to patient needs and address a variety of medical concerns.
- Enthusiasm for community engagement, outreach, and events.
- Commitment to following HIPAA and PHI guidelines.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00 – $172,000.00 for a 40-hour workweek. Weekly scheduled hours are determined individually, and pay ranges are prorated based on the percentage of 40 hours (e.g., a 36-hour workweek would receive 90% of the range). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
