Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to customers by building loyalty and repeat business.
• Championing Thrifty White programs to patients such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assisting with enrolling patients.
• Leading the team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service.
• Structuring and organizing workflow and systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and providing clinical services.
• Delivering clinical services to patients, including but not limited to:
  • Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMR)
  • Targeted Medication Reviews (TMR)
  • Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM)
  • Disease State Management
  • Immunizations
  to optimize medication therapy and improve health outcomes.
• Developing and following up on long-term care (LTC) business through immediate communication and attention to the needs of nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences.
• Identifying Long Term Care and Specialty business and communicating opportunities with Marketers.
• Dispensing medications, related supplies, and providing all clinical pharmacy services.

Requirements

• A pharmacy license, or the ability to receive a pharmacy license without any federal sanctions.
• A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
• Current Immunization Certification.
• Current CPR Certification.
• NPI Number.
