Staff Pharmacist

About the role

This position provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including dispensing prescriptions, counseling customers on healthcare needs, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and support patient care programs.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance by following SOPs, legal policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Offer expert advice, develop action plans, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of customer service, integrity, and collaboration.
• Maintain confidentiality, documentation, and records in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Promote a respectful, inclusive workplace and uphold high standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Support organizational compliance, safety, and quality assurance efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with an active pharmacy license.
• Completion of an accredited immunization training program.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
