Staff Pharmacist

About the role

This position provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including processing prescriptions, counseling customers on health and medication needs, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and support patient care initiatives.
• Develop and improve action plans by providing expert advice and aligning efforts with customer and business needs.
• Lead and model exceptional customer service, resolving issues within company standards.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies, including safety, quality assurance, and confidentiality.
• Promote a culture of patient safety, accuracy, and transparency, implementing improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, monitor progress, and adapt to organizational changes.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with an active pharmacy license.
• Completion of an accredited immunization training program.
• Strong communication, leadership, and compliance focus.
