Staff Pharmacist

About the role

The Healthcare Network (HCN) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing quality medical, dental, and behavioral health services to patients from birth to geriatric. Our mission is to ensure that all patients receive comprehensive care, regardless of their insurance or financial situation. We are particularly committed to serving the diverse communities in Immokalee and Naples, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication therapy management and dispensing services to patients
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required
• Current Florida Pharmacy License required
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Skills

• Knowledge of pharmacology and pharmacy practice
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
