Staff Pharmacist

Responsibilities

As part of our LTC team, you will be involved in all aspects of closed-door pharmacy operations, including:

• Medication management
• Immunizations
• MEDICATION THERAPY MANAGEMENT (MTM)
• Medication adherence programs
• Disease state management

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active Missouri pharmacist license.

Skills

Experience in Long-Term Care pharmacy and/or QS/1 software is preferred. Experience with IV preparation and pharmacy consulting services is a plus.
