What you'll do...

• Process and accurately dispense prescription orders
• Counsel patients regarding health care and prescription medication needs
• Maintain confidential information and required documentation
• Provide and support the implementation of business solutions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Ensure others are held accountable for following standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Communicate clear expectations regarding quality of care and patient safety
• Implement compliance initiatives and priorities
• Monitor compliance execution by others
• Support the development and mentoring of others
• Act with integrity and maintain the highest standards of ethics and compliance
• Strive for excellence and continuously improve
• Make decisions based on reliable information and balance short and long-term priorities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
• Pharmacy license by job entry date
• Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
